Claire Perry

Claire has worked in the non-profit and sport for good field for almost 15 years. Since
graduating from and playing basketball at Cornell University, Claire has worked on both the
international and domestic stage. She coached in South Africa with international diplomacy
organization PeacePlayers and afterwards moved back to her hometown Philadelphia to lead
non profit operations at the youth sport organization, Up2Us Sports. Currently a consultant for
sport for good entity The Center for Healing and Justice through Sport, Claire
facilitates conversations with coaches on the healing power of sport and physical activity for
young people. She also panels and moderates conversations on how to coach girls and how to
build and maintain positive culture through redefining healthy competition. Throughout all of
her work, she has continued to coach basketball at various levels. Currently in Los Angeles with
her eight year old son Leo.
