Finn Jackson works with leaders and leadership teams to accelerate their transitions to sustainability by introducing Sustainable Leadership practices and by running their organisations as living, adaptive organisms.

Structured frameworks and tools enable leaders to build emotional engagement in their businesses, then channel that engagement into a series of activities that allow the organisation to rapidly adapt and evolve in response to changing circumstances.

The result is generative, hyper-sustainable enterprises, in which the people provide the passion to drive the business forward, and the business provides the context that ignites the passion of the people. Both are then focused on the core activities that enable the organisation to operate as a living, adaptive organism.

Finn’s background includes nearly a decade spent designing and implementing top to bottom international change in a global technology company, ranging from strategy, turnaround and growth, to organisational change, new management processes and risk-rated cost reductions.

Finn has also co-founded an Internet startup, studied permaculture, founded a Transition Town, and written a movie screenplay. He is the author of two books and the holder of an MBA with distinction from Imperial College, London and a BA (Hons) from Oxford University.
