Sai Chaluvadi
Sai Chaluvadi, a food scientist by training, is currently leading product development, clinical science and consumer sensory science teams at Liquid I.V. As VP of Research & Development, Sai partners with the Impact team to help shape and advance the role of sustainability in product design & ingredient sourcing strategies.
Prior to Liquid I.V., Sai worked as VP R&D at Harris Freeman & Co., a leading global tea producer, where he led the development of functional beverages in tea, botanicals, coffee, and kombucha segments into the marketplace. This role has shaped his outlook towards sustainability in the supply chain of botanicals, & the beverage industry as a whole.
