Robb Shurr is Co-Founder and CEO of Walden Hyde in Boulder, CO, a strategic creative agency specialized for outdoor, ski, bike, and natural foods companies. He has spent his career launching, running, and serving companies that make a difference in the world, focusing on mission-driven brands that add value to consumers' lives beyond the product experience.

Robb got his start managing accounts like Coca Cola, Motorola, and Milk before spending a decade in marketing leadership positions in the outdoor industry. After successfully starting and exiting multiple companies, he brings his expertise for mindfully growing business to Walden Hyde clients.

At Walden Hyde, he leads a team of passionate researchers, designers, strategists, and storytellers in helping businesses move consumers from intention to action, especially around environmental and social sustainability. Robb has also founded other successful companies, including Reboot Mindfulness, a mindfulness company for students and young athletes; Itsa Lika Beer, a non alcoholic beer; and Big Lever Labs, a startup studio for brands that conscientiously advance profitability without screwing over future generations.

Originally from Minnesota, Robb now lives in the mountains of Nederland, CO, where he and his family ride, run trails, or ski almost every day.
