RB has delivered work around the world for a range of rights holders, brands and talent, to include, ESPN, The North Face, The NFL, Bloomberg, Rexona (Degree), Audible, UK Sport, Liverpool FC, World Rugby, Euroleague Basketball, Michael Johnson, and many more.

Alongside her strategic expertise, RB specializes in designing and facilitating action-driven-discussions, workshops, and panels; providing MC services, delivering keynote speeches, and lending her voice to bring content to life. All with the aim of taking people on a journey towards taking positive actions for people and the planet.

With an unwavering belief that sport, when used with intention and skill, can truly offer a meaningful contribution to tackling the most pressing challenges of our time, RB is committed to supporting individuals and organizations to be part of the solution.

She is graduate of Loughborough University (UK), was their Athletic Union President, and has previously held roles at The Football Foundation, Women in Sport, British Universities & Colleges Sport, and London Sport.
