As an integral member of WM’s brand and marketing team, I have been bleeding green and gold for 14 years, dedicating myself to championing and promoting our commitment to sustainability. During this time, I served on our original recycling council, collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders to develop and enhance our recycling education program, “Recycle Right.” This platform is now a cornerstone of our messaging strategy, and I take pride in ensuring our brand consistently drives and communicates sustainable behaviors that align with our business goals.
I work tirelessly to engage with fans, customers and WM employees through any and every available channel, from major events like the WM Phoenix Open to individual recycling containers, to media promotions to this Sustainable Brands conference and more. My goal is to eliminate confusion around how to recycle right and productively shift awareness and understanding around why sustainability matters and what each of us can do about it. As a leader, I play an essential role in shaping how our brand is perceived, continuously evolving our strategic and creative executions to align with our mission of creating a sustainable tomorrow.
