As Senior Director for Sustainability, Marco Reyes leads Walmart’s efforts to accelerate social and environmental sustainability across its supply chain with responsibility for all non-food product categories. With wide ranging product categories including apparel and home, consumable goods, general merchandise, and health, electronics, seasonal, wellness and beauty, etc., Marco leads a team of specialists dedicated to developing and implementing integrated category roadmaps to address the most critical hot spots across these categories. Uniquely suited for this role, Marco brings with him 19 years of experience working across multiple functions at Walmart including merchandising, international, and responsible sourcing. A Guatemalan native, Marco has lived in Bentonville for over 22 years and believes that business is uniquely positioned to create regenerative supply chains and solutions that benefit people and the planet.
