Prior to joining Beautycounter, Luana was Senior Vice President at Grove Collaborative, another B Corp that develops and sells home essentials that are a positive force for human and environmental health. Prior to that, Luana spent 18 years as a marketing executive and brand builder at global consumer goods company Unilever. During her tenure at Unilever, she worked on over 200 trend-led initiatives for more than 20 iconic brands.
