Propelled by ’the why’, Dominique Showers has built her career advocating for guest experience as the key to unlocking a sustainable long-term business vision.

An entrepreneurial leader, Dominique led highly focused strategic initiatives for Arc’teryx -- Veilance, Special Projects, and Women’s - before moving into her role as VP, ReBird™. Leading by influence, she unites problem-solvers across the organization from within finance, design, brand, merchandising, IT, supply chain, operations, retail, and ecommerce, to manifest the brand’s circular vision.

Dominique is deeply passionate about solving for environmental and social impact, elevating this inside her business strategy by focusing on the opportunity beyond the limitations, forging ahead to pioneer new paths. As leader of the ReBIRD™ platform for circularity, she is establishing the evolved objectives, capabilities, and new operating model required to realize the game-changing future vision.

Dominique has deep knowledge in building high-performing teams within culturally relevant brands that are rooted in authenticity and integrity.

A Vancouver local raised in Europe, Dominique received her BA from McGill University. She holds a Spanish passport, and is multilingual in French and Spanish. Today, Dominique is an avid skier, snowboarder, and runner who also enjoys spin, yoga, and boxing from time-to-time. She resides in North Vancouver with her husband and three daughters who she’s raising in the playground of the Coast Mountains.
