Sunrise Activity: Bodyweight Movement Training
Sustainability starts with caring for the most essential home that you’ll never be without – the body. Both the body and the mind are fed with movement. This class teaches movement unidentified with a specific discipline, with moves that are sport agnostic. The goal of the class is to offer novel options on ways to move, insight into a more complete human movement map, and ingredients for a healthy, thriving sustainable lifestyle.
