Susanna Carson is the founder and CEO of BSIbio Packaging Solutions, a compostable packaging distribution company, and Bésics® Packaging Corporation, a compostable retail products company. Ms. Carson holds a BSc. in Biology, an MSc. In Zoology (Biodiversity) and has more than 22 years of education and work experience in environmental issues and business development. Susanna serves as Co-chair of the Product and Packaging Working Group of the National Zero Waste Council (2014 to present). Her companies are currently partnering on a North American packaging to facility testing program with the Composting Council Research and Education Foundation. Susanna is a founding member of Women for Nature, supporting environmental conservation and education programs.
