The Refugee Crisis- Corporations Investing in the Future
Both Ben and Jerry’s and Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics have worked closely with the International Rescue Committee on campaigns to address the global refugee crisis. The IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping refugees and displaced people survive, recover and reclaim control of their future—an impossible mission without the support of socially conscious brands and their audiences. The IRC will discuss partnerships with with Ben & Jerry’s and Lush, the importance of engaging sustainable brands and their consumers around the issue of our time, and how investing in refugees is investing in our futures.
