Phil is the co-founder and CEO of Rootree Inc established in 2010. He is a nutritionist and yoga teacher, with experience in operating hospitality businesses, and has obtained most of his education through mentorship and travels.

Under his leadership, Rootree is and continues to be a pioneer in sustainable flexible packaging, an award-winning creative agency, and contract packing.

He would characterize his biggest achievements as the knowledge gained in the pursuits of philosophy, martial arts, and well-being. Also, creating - from the ground up - a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that prioritizes efficiency and quick delivery.

He continues to pursue what he calls holistic success; a blend of building successful businesses whilst staying true to his personal values: discipline, self-development and togetherness.
