Ksenia Benifand is a Senior Principal Change Designer at Forum for the Future, a leading international sustainability non-profit organization. At Forum, Ksenia is leading and delivering multi-stakeholder collaborative programs and projects that address complex challenges that intersect climate, health, and social equity challenges and accelerate the transition to a just and regenerative future. In her role, Ksenia leads Forum's climate justice program, American Climate Futures, supporting private sector partners to prioritize and center front-line community voices and needs across climate solutions.
