Kaitlin Love
Kaitlin Love is Sustainability Principal for CARE Impact Partners where she works to advise corporations on how to enhance sustainability, foster growth and innovation, and build long-term resilience by aligning business outcomes with social impact opportunities.
Kaitlin is an experienced moderator and panelist on a variety of topics related to gender, social impact, business / supply chain risk and resilience, and impact measurement. She can draw from her own expertise as well as examples of CIP’s work with companies including Mars, McCormick, Target, and others in food/ag, garment, and other sectors.
Kaitlin has nearly fifteen years of experience working at the intersection of the for-profit and non-profit sectors, focused on generating and measuring social impact. She has worked as a consultant with public and private sector clients, including multilateral organizations, corporations with ESG strategies, and mission-driven businesses, to understand and articulate impact and develop and operationalize strategies and approaches. Kaitlin’s background in international development, coupled with extensive in-country experience in over 40 countries around the world, uniquely positions her to drive impact and innovation between the public and private sectors.
Kaitlin uses her technical background in research to bring an impact lens to all the work she does, helping partners conceptualize, communicate, and measure social impact in order to develop strategies that build business resilience and mitigate risk for companies across the globe.
