Geof Rochester
Geof Rochester is the Founder and CEO of GRC Advising, a consulting firm specializing in business strategy, marketing, and capital formation for for-profit and non-profit organizations. A recognized thought leader in Corporate Social Responsibility, philanthropy, ESG, and Social Entrepreneurship, Geof leverages his distinguished and diverse experience working with the world’s leading conservation NGOs, media companies, and consumer goods brands. GRC Advising boasts a diverse client portfolio spanning sectors like Ag-Tech (AppHarvest), healthcare (Appalachian Regional Healthcare), STEM education (MindSpark Learning), renewable energy (Braya), and voter advocacy (Vote.org). In his most recent role, Geof served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at AppHarvest, leading branding and marketing initiatives through the company’s successful IPO. Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Director and CMO at The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Geof’s extensive marketing experience also includes leadership roles at World Wrestling Entertainment, Showtime Networks, Comcast Cable, Radisson Hotels Worldwide, Marriott, and Procter & Gamble. Geof currently serves as Vice Chairman of the board of EcoAmerica, Chairman of MindSpark Learning, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Sonoma County Winegrowers Association. Geof graduated from Georgetown University and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
