Originally a design researcher, Chris Grantham now works at the intersection of strategy design, system practice and regenerative innovation and leadership as Co-founder of Regenovate. With regeneration as its innovation lens, Regenovate unlocks growth opportunities for people and their organizations using design, living system principles and regenerative economics. Before co-founding Regenovate, Chris was formerly Circular Economy Executive Director at IDEO, where he led IDEO's consultancy business in the circular economy and worked with organizations like, H&M, IKEA, VF Corps, Solvay, SAP and Danone on their circular economy strategy, organisational transformation and product innovation. As well as working with individual companies, his work has involved adapting IDEO’s collaborative design methodology (CoLab) for circular economy innovation across industry value chains and the development of a close partnership with The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, including creating The Circular Design Guide which has been used by over half a million users in over 150 countries. Chris is an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow, a Supervisor on the Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, a place-based innovation advisor to The Royal College of Art's Textiles Circularity Centre and has been a content contributor to Exeter University’s Circular Economy Masterclass.
