A Crash Course on Brand-Led Culture Change
Culture shapes – and is shaped by – the behaviors we see around us. So if we want to lead culture change, the truth is we need to understand what it takes to unlock behavior change. The challenge is that within organizations, behavior change and culture change rarely appear in the same sentence. We need to bridge this gap, and fast.
In this interactive session, Dr Guy Champniss, from The Creative Engagement Group, will lay-out a behavior-first culture change framework for organizations that can be used to better understand, predict and affect change, whether that’s with leaders, employees or consumers. Working through a number of the elements of the framework, Guy will share theory, examples and practical applications that can combine to enable businesses to ask more accurate questions, uncover stronger insights and deliver more effect change.
By the end of the session, attendees will have a clear and rich understanding of some of the key building blocks for effective behavior change, and will be able to confidently lead conversations around how a behavior-first approach gives us the opportunity to unlock culture change at scale.
