Guy Champniss

Head of Behavioural Science at The Creative Engagement Group

Guy is a behavioural scientist and strategist, and has won awards for innovation and impact for his application of behavioural science in the fields of healthcare and energy.

Guy is Head of Behavioural Science with The Creative Engagement Group, leading a team of behavioural science consultants working with clients from healthcare, banking, fmcg and professional services.

Guy is also a visiting professor with IE Business School and University in Madrid (a global top 10 business school), where his award-winning courses focus on applied behavioural science, innovation and social impact. He has secured teaching awards every year since joining in 2017 and was voted professor of the year in 2019 and 2020.

Guy holds an MBA from IE Business School, has completed post-graduate programmes with Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of Cambridge, and holds a prize-winning PhD in applied social psychology from Cranfield School of Management, UK.
His research has been published in leading journals, including Harvard Business Review, and he’s the author of Brand Valued (Wiley & Sons). Guy’s a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
