Gavin Hollett is the Manager of Lush Cosmetics’ Supply Chain Investments, which invests in long-term regenerative agribusiness projects across the world in a bid to create sustainable and transparent supply chains, while supporting small grower communities. By investing in this way, Gavin aims to lead his team in a mission to ensure ingredients are grown in biodiverse environments designed to replenish degraded soils and supporting communities to think long-term with regenerative agriculture, while strengthening their access to new markets.
Gavin has lived in four different continents, including over four years in northern Uganda. When not travelling the world in search of new investment opportunities, he splits his time between Vancouver and Copenhagen.
