Kelley Bell is the Vice President of Social and Environmental Impact with Driscoll’s, the leading brand for fresh berries.  In her role, Kelley partners with business leaders across the globe to integrate social and environmental commitments into core strategic decisions in order to ensure sustainable communities everywhere Driscoll’s berries are grown. With more than 100 years of farming heritage and 700 independent growers, Driscoll’s vision is to enrich the lives of everyone throughout the business enterprise.

Kelley has been with Driscoll’s for more than thirteen years and has created the department and vision for Driscoll’s community impact.  Kelley has made a significant contribution facilitating and driving the company’s philanthropic, worker welfare and environmental efforts.  She founded the Pajaro Valley Community Water Dialogue (a multi-stakeholder group working to balance the local aquifer in a constrained environment). Every day at Driscoll’s is inspiring to her; she is surrounded by people committed to having a positive impact on the world. Over her time at Driscoll’s she has created multiple functions at the company and served as Global Interim HR Lead.  Kelley was the first woman to join Driscoll’s executive Global Leadership team in 2008.

Kelley is a graduate of Santa Clara University.  She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband and two girls.
