James Rogers is director of sustainability at The North Face, where he leads efforts on environmental responsibility initiatives in product creation, the environmental impact of owned facilities and supply chain partners, and the overall climate change agenda. He is responsible for developing, managing and executing the company’s sustainability strategy. He ensures the brand is implementing responsible business practices with a focus on product development, materials selection and manufacturing processes. He also helps guide the sustainable product innovation strategy in order to continue bringing the most innovative, environmentally responsible products to market.
James has a B.S. in Management Science from UC San Diego and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
