Diana Rosenberger is a global sourcing manager at Shaw Industries where she is focused on sustainability and supplier diversity. Shaw manufactures and/or supplies carpet, resilient, hardwood, laminate, tile and stone, synthetic turf and other specialty products to residential and commercial markets worldwide. A wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, 85% of the products the company manufacturers are Cradle to Cradle Certified, which along with the company’s commitment to the UN Global Compact, has significant impact throughout Shaw’s global supply chain.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting from Elon University in North Carolina, she began her career in the homebuilding industry before earning an international masters degree in the sustainability of emerging markets at EDHEC Business School in France, Singapore and South Africa.
Driven by a mission to use business as a force for good, Diana plays a key role in transforming Shaw’s commitment to sustainability into supplier impact. In her free time, Diana is an avid traveler, food lover and nature enthusiastic.
