Sandra Noonan

Sandra Noonan is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Just Salad, a fast-casual concept with a mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible. She is a frequent speaker on zero-waste living and carbon literacy. At Just Salad, she implemented a groundbreaking eco-labeling program and evangelized reusable packaging. She was named one of the Most Influential Women in Foodservice, and a “Power List” executive, by Nation’s Restaurant News, as well as one of 17 “Sustainability Stars” by Adweek. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
