Katie Decker, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Global President, Essential Health + Sustainability – Katie Decker is currently President, Global Essential Health, and is a member of the Consumer Health Leadership Team. In this role, Katie creates and drives a culture of empowered, entrepreneurial teams with a reinvented business model to support global category-leading brands in Baby Care, Oral Care, Feminine Care and Wound Care. Katie leads a central team focused on scaling innovation, facilitating a delightful and consistent consumer experience and driving market best practices to unlock value and drive growth. Katie is also the Executive Sponsor for Consumer Health’s Healthy Lives sustainability framework. Katie leads this work with a core team responsible for the design and implementation of a portfolio-wide strategy to advance human and planetary health.
