Christina is an internationally experienced business leader with passion for developing business and people together. Her 20 year+ experience from multiple senior leadership roles within IKEA Supply Chain, IKEA Range & Product Development and at the IKEA Franchisor, has given her a deep understanding of the total IKEA value chain and where making values based decisions with a systemic view on the world is part of the everyday work. As a leader she is combining a clear strategy with nurturing a developing culture to tackle complex topics in an understandable and relatable manner.
