Why Internal Development Goals are just as important as Sustainable Development Goals

A new kind of leadership is needed that recognizes our “inner development goals” as much as our “outer” sustainable development goals. In response to this realization, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) launched globally in 2022 as a much needed complement to the SDGs. This presentation will cover how these IDGs set the trajectory for how we carry and conduct ourselves, how we develop through crises to drive culture change, and what is required of us to partner, collaborate, and ally with skill and efficacy.
