Lisa Boyd is Senior Director of Corporate Responsibility (CR) at Target. In this role, she is responsible for driving environmental and social impact across all areas of Target’s business. She leads a team who partners with Buying Teams, Supply Chain Leaders, Suppliers and Vendors, NGOs, Academia and other key stakeholders to develop policies and implement initiatives that support responsible growth and a sustainable future. Prior to this role she was Director of Wellness Strategy in Merchandising at Target and led CR for its Grocery Division. She’s held positions in Reputation Management, Public Affairs, Community Relations and Communications. She has served on various board and committees at Minneapolis/St. Paul-area nonprofits and on globally-focused initiatives such as the U.S. Co-Chair of the Protein Challenge 2040, a Forum for the Future global collaboration, and on the Advisory Board of the Sustainable Food Lab. Lisa received her B.A. Communications from the University of Minnesota.
