About Eric
Eric Martin specializes in leadership development and systems change. His recent work draws on the Adaptive Leadership framework developed by Harvard's Drs. Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky. Eric helped establish the New York office of their leadership development firm. Eric serves as a Board member of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and as an Advisory Board member of the MAVA Foundation. He has also served as an advisor/guest speaker/trainer at places such as: White House Presidential Personnel Office, Rockefeller 100 Resilient Cities, Google, Microsoft, Verizon, US Business Council for Sustainable Development, The Sustainability Consortium, Democracy Fund, United Nations Innovation Network, World Bank, Harvard Medical School, Cornell University, New York University, Government of Abu Dhabi, Public Utility Research Center and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Previously, he served in a governmental liaison capacity in Japan and in various strategic roles at The Synergos Institute, a Rockefeller-affiliated international development organization. Eric holds an MS in Organizational Change Management and BS in Systems Analysis and Operations Research.
