
Dayna Gross

About Dayna
As a senior corporate engagement advisor, Dayna Gross actively engages with food and agriculture supply chain companies to help advance The Nature Conservancy’s Soil Health and Nutrients strategy, as well as the Sustainable Grazing Lands work in North America.
Dayna first joined TNC in 2005 and has spent most of her tenure with the Idaho state program as a Senior Conservation and Land Manager, working with farmers and ranchers to implement conservation and land protection projects. Her work included managing and living on the world-famous Silver Creek Preserve for 10 years.
Dayna has an M.S in forestry and conservation from the University of Montana and a B.S. from the University of Oregon in landscape architecture. A licensed landscape architect, she enjoys designing an occasional garden, as well as hiking, skiing and exploring with her two boys. Dayna lives in Idaho with her husband, sons, two cats, one dog and three chickens.
