The Better Buying Lab is an arm of the World Resources Institute that cooks up cutting-edge science-based strategies to enable consumers to buy and consume more sustainable foods. It brings together the brightest and best minds from consumer research, behavioral economics and marketing strategy – along with companies in the food industry – to research, test and scale new plans that help consumers select sustainable foods.
