Sayo Ayodele Sayo serves as a Director at Leaders’ Quest. She is responsible for designing and delivering programmes around the world, and has worked in Brazil, South Africa, the UK, India, Nigeria, Israel and Palestine. She is part of the Banking Futures team, an initiative that brings leaders from the UK’s largest banks together with regulators, customers and civil society experts, to address the imbalances in the UK financial ecosystem.
Sayo attended Dickinson College in the US, where she read International Studies with a focus on Africa. She has a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics. Sayo has lived in Japan, Nigeria, Mozambique, Romania, the US and the UK. Through her experiences as a globetrotter, she developed and continues to cultivate a passion for international affairs, food, languages, and travel.
