Co-Founder and Executive Director
P.J. Marshall is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Restore the Earth Foundation a 501(c)3 not-for-profit. Restore the Earth’s mission is to restore the Earth’s essential forest and wetland ecosystems.
Restore the Earth employs a landscape-scale forest and wetland restoration solution that accounts, in monetary term, for the environmental, social and economic value created by the restoration. These returns are reported on and aligned with the Internationals Integrated Reporting Council’s framework ready for third party audit.
Through our unique approach, we are able to unlock three times the amount in social, environmental, and economic return for every dollar invested.
Restore the Earth’s EcoMetrics™ Model measures and quantifies these returns, enabling business leaders to account for and communicate the full monetary value of their natural capital investments in a transparent and verifiable way. This tool supports the business case for investment in restoration and is compliant with global standards for ecosystems services.
Before co-founding Restore the Earth Foundation with her husband, PJ spent more than 40 years as a top strategic marketing consultant for leading professional services firms such as Bechtel Corporation, Halliburton, and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.
Her broad experience working with senior-level executives in major international corporations makes her particularly suited to developing and leading the cross-sector partnerships that are at the heart of the Restore the Earth strategy and business model.
