John Kester III John leads research for the Clothing, Footwear, and Textiles; Packaging; and Paper, Pulp, and Forestry Sectors. He works with members of The Sustainability Consortium to support sector engagement, answer inquiries, and provide guidance for implementation of TSC tools. John also supports the Director of Strategic Partnerships to collaborate with other sustainability organizations and initiatives to promote alignment in similar measurement platforms. John received his Ph.D. in Environmental Dynamics at the University of Arkansas, his Masters in Sustainable Communities from Northern Arizona University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from Denison University. Originally from Arizona, John grew up visiting national parks across the country learning to value the land’s natural beauty.
