Innovation Lab – Good Global Goals

Chr. Hansen has assessed their contribution to sustainability by estimating the percentage of their gross revenue that has a positive impact on the UN Global Goals. The measuring focuses on the three UN Global Goals where they have the biggest impact. They have developed a five-step approach which has been aligned with the preliminary recommendations given in the Business Reporting on the SDGs developed by the Global Reporting Initiative and the UN Global Compact. Our methodology, documentation and final conclusions have gone through an assurance process by PwC.

Chr. Hansen, UN Global Compact Nordic Network and PwC will conduct this innovation lab on Good Global Goals together to present their perspectives on the measuring the contribution on the Global Goals and will try to engage the audience in answering these three questions –

• How can you best combine your Communication on Progress reporting (COP) with the UN Global Goals?
• What are strengths of Chr. Hansen’s UN Global Goals reporting? How can the reporting be even stronger in the future?
• How can we ensure credible and balanced reporting on the UN Global Goals?
