Director of Brand Purpose
Jaclyn Murphy is a social purpose strategist with over a decade of experience in the rapidly-evolving fields of brand purpose and advocacy, issues-based marketing and fundraising strategy, and corporate citizenship and CSR. She counsels Fortune 500 companies, global brands and leading NGOs, helping them align diverse societal and business objectives to work towards a common goal.
She is the Director of Brand Purpose for Edelman in the EU. She also serves as Edelman’s lead global purpose strategist for Unilever, the world leader in sustainability, helping to activate the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan (USLP) at the global brand level for some of Unilever’s leading global brands, in partnerships with its central sustainability teams and resources. Prior to her tenure in London, Jackie served as Edelman’s social purpose planner for the US region, counselling clients such as eBay, the Girl Scouts, Mars/Wrigley, and Microsoft. Prior to Edelman, Jackie worked at the Boston-based firm Cone, a leader in cause branding and CSR, where she helped launch the agency’s nonprofit marketing practice.
