Natalie Woodford – GSK – SVP Talent, Learning and Organisational Development
For the last five years, Natalie has been working across GSK’s people strategy, focusing on talent, leadership, performance and engagement, and connecting employees to GSK’s mission to ‘improve the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer’.
GSK’s mission and strategic objectives are supported by its responsible business approach and 23 commitments. Natalie is in the team which has responsibility for driving progress against commitments on health and well-being of employees, promoting inclusion and diversity and driving community volunteering to create change.
Natalie joined GSK in 1992 where her roles have covered HR business leader for pharmaceuticals in France and the UK, as well as HR roles in manufacturing, corporate and consumer markets across Europe. In July 2010, Natalie led a project team to define the Talent & Leadership Strategy for GSK.
Before this she spent time as a recruitment consultant after beginning her career in the Ford Motor Company. She has a law degree from Brasenose College, Oxford.
