Claudia is Business Partner in the New Verticals area (PD&S, Financial
Services and Luxury) at Nielsen and leads Public Development &
Sustainability for Europe. She is a member of the regional management board
at Nielsen. Previously she was responsible for the Consumer Insights Business
in DACH & Belgium, NL and the Branding/Customer Experience Space for Europe.
Her focus was on Global Brand Management & Customer Loyalty projects for
different industries.
She has over 20 years of market research experience and holds a MBA from
London Business School (UK) and Instituto der Empresa (Spain). She is a
Marketing Lecturer at the American Webster University in Vienna, Austria.
Conferences held on Branding, Customer Experience, Shopper Research etc at
Industry & Nielsen client events, at the Associations of Market Research in
DACH and the ESOMAR Conference. Several publications in Trade and Market
Research Journals as well as ESOMAR.
