Greenshouting: How to communicate sustainability with confidence for competitive advantage
This workshop will examine the 5 key elements of "greenshouting"--the practice of boldly, transparently, and enthusiastically communicate about sustainability initiatives. Together we will walk through a playbook to understand how to both tactically plan for and deploy sustainability communications, and gain buy-in from internal stakeholders. The theoretical framework will move between Mazlow and Champy, employing a storytelling adventure approach to empower and enable effective communications. Together, we will examine pertinent cases and examples of best practices in selling brand sustainability internally and externally, revealing what teams can focus on, and how to create clear, concise, palatable messages that enlighten consumers and help them make better choices.
