Beth Spurgeon serves in a leadership role at PwC as a Director of ESG. As a member of PwC’s Purpose and Inclusion team, Beth spearheads the U.S. firm's social and environmental impact strategies. Her work activates PwC’s purpose to build trust in society, solve important problems and to create a fulfilling employee experience.
Prior to PwC, Beth held roles leading enterprise sustainability and human rights initiatives at Wells Fargo, and heading the corporate responsibility function in North America for ArcelorMittal. Her experience also includes almost a decade in the social impact sector, working in nonprofits ranging from grassroots to national organizations.
Beth earned her M.A. in Social Science from The University of Chicago. She lives in Maryland with her husband and is a proud mom of two.
