Dimensionalizing the Sustainable Consumer
Living more sustainably is an aspiration for almost everyone – study after study tells us consumers want to make choices that are better for people and planet. But sustainable behaviors occur on a spectrum – there is no singular sustainable consumer identity. In this session Sandy Skees and Lisa Unsworth who lead Purpose & Impact at Porter Novelli, we will explore key findings from Porter Novelli’s 2022 study, “Going Beyond: The Many Dimensions of Sustainable Consumer Behavior.”
This study sheds light on the character and quality of Sustainable Behaviors most relevant for consideration and purchase –while also segmenting consumers in a way that is actionable for brands.
