Ty Montague is a co-founder and Chairman of co:collective, where he helps organizations to define their purpose and to use that purpose to become more resilient and innovative in the face of the volatility stemming from the global polycrisis.

At co:, Ty has worked with leaders at IBM, Goldman Sachs, UnderArmour, Cascale, Reju, Epic World and YouTube among others, to design more resilient brands, businesses, and organizations.

Ty is an author and frequent speaker on the topics of the polycrisis, the circular economy, business resilience and conscious capitalism. His first book True Story: How To Combine Story and Action to Transform Your Business (2013 Harvard Business Press) offers insight into the advantages of walking your talk as a business – becoming a story-doer. Ty has served on multiple boards and currently serves on the Net Positive advisory council and on the Board of Directors of EmValue, a purpose-led not-for-profit based in Bangalore, India.
