Rachel Schnorr

US Director
Ad Net Zero

Rachel Schnorr is US Director at Ad Net Zero and oversees US Membership and Global Operations for the nonprofit trade association, which serves as the ad industry’s hub for sustainability standards and progress. Rachel works with brands, agencies, tech and creative firms across the industry to accelerate sustainability strategies, focusing on corporate practices and advertising’s messages, all driving better business and climate action. Over the last year, Rachel co-led the creation of Ad Net Zero’s “Every Brief Counts” initiative and toolkit. Before joining Ad Net Zero in 2023, Rachel held senior positions at dentsu and Merkle, building the first DEI practice for each, and working with clients such as AWS, Crate & Barrel, Schneider Electric. She holds a Marketing Degree from James Madison University, where she serves on the College of Business Marketing Advisory Board and guest lectures, and is Board Chair for an economic empowerment nonprofit in her local community.
