Senior Director, Head of Sustainability, North America Fabric Care
Procter & Gamble

Todd Cline currently serves as Senior Director, Head of Sustainability, Procter & Gamble, North America Fabric Care. In this role, Cline is responsible for developing new programs and business operations across Tide and Gain laundry detergents, the leading brands in the industry. He plays a critical role in leading sustainability efforts, including the design and launch of Tide purclean, the first plant-based detergent with the cleaning power of Tide. He also leads Tide’s partnership with WWF on the importance of cold water washing, conducting new research to better understand behavior tipping points, including the significance of cues at the point of action in the laundry room. The goal is to use this new research to inform increasingly impactful behavior change campaigns in the race against the clock to limit the warming of the planet to 1.5 degrees by 2030.

Prior to joining the North America Fabric Care team, Cline spent more than 10 years in a variety of leadership roles at P&G and has lead product innovation launches across the U.S. and Europe. Cline earned an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
