Currently as Director of Sustainability for Electrolux North America, Tara leads a networked team committed to creating positive change. Our future is determined by the way we all live our lives. Prior to Electrolux, Tara spent time across various sectors including power and energy, water, and personal care and beauty building 15 years of leadership experience in supply chain, change management, and sustainable product development. Tara holds a master’s degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. She believes all companies can action the systems change needed to create a meaningful future.
