The next generation of women leaders are ready to change the face of sustainability. Are you listening?

As the climate change crisis continues, it’s more important than ever to give the next generation of sustainability leaders a seat at the table. Our transition to a more sustainable future and economy must take all people and communities into consideration, and young people and women of color, two groups disproportionately impacted by climate change, must be part of the solution. Engaging the next generation of leaders in sustainability will require broad support from the public and the private sectors – from taking a new approach to attracting and retaining talent to responding to evolving expectations from consumers – and each of us has a role to Play.

Our panel will explore how today’s sustainability professionals and brands can engage and empower the next generation of sustainability trailblazers to lead us to a more sustainable tomorrow.
