As conditions evolve and federal/local agencies have updated their recommendations, we have updated our requirements and guidelines to keep us all as safe as possible. The Sustainable Brands team is implementing key measures to protect against COVID-19. All in-person attendees must submit a negative covid-19 test via the Crowdpass platform. The test must be taken within 72 hours of arrival to the conference. Additionally, attendees are encouraged to wear masks indoors when not eating or drinking. We’re looking forward to hosting attendees in a safe environment and we’re keeping an eye on unfolding recommendations to ensure our team and guests have a happy, healthy experience.

Safety precautions include:

• Submit a negative covid-19 test result via Crowdpass, taken within 72 hours of arrival. Instructions for using Crowdpass will be provided to registered attendees. 
• Strongly recommend attendees be fully up to date on vaccination (primary plus all applicable boosters)
• Recommended face coverings inside when not actively eating or drinking.
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between sessions.
• Encouraging frequent hand washing and using hand sanitizer when hand washing is not readily available. (Hand sanitizer stations are available in public areas throughout the property.)
• Utilizing outdoor spaces when possible.
• Requesting that attendees who don’t feel well, have a high temperature, or have been exposed to a known positive covid case within the past two weeks do not attend the event.

The purchase of a pass for Sustainable Brands is a final purchase. If you change your plans for any reason, you must notify us in writing by September 17, 2022 for a credit to a future Sustainable Brands event, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a credit.

However, it is possible to transfer the pass to another person. If you do wish to transfer your pass to another person, please note that you are responsible for this process. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $75 by providing written authorization to the Sustainable Brands Team at [email protected]

For cancellations after September 17, 2022 we provide a one-time credit for 50% of the full amount paid, to be applied toward registration for any Sustainable Brands conferences taking place 365 days after the conference date. The credit expires thereafter and cannot be transferred further.

If not applied at the time of registration, all discount codes must be applied within the first 24 hours following your registration. After this 24 hour period, discounts and price adjustments cannot be applied.

We’re confident you’ll find your participation in our events worth every penny and we will gladly refund your registration fee for your purchased conference pass in full if you disagree after having attended.
