Prior to Carnival Corporation, Russell was Founder and CEO of Create Common Good (CCG, www.createcommongood.org), a non-profit social enterprise that provides training and employment to refugees and a wide variety of other populations with barriers to employment. In 2014, Russell was invited by the World Economic Forum to join their global leader community and to be a Founding Curator for a Global Shapers World Economic Forum Community.
