Suzana has over 22 years’ worth of consulting & senior business management experience, including 8 years developing Digital Marketing and Sustainable Business Strategy consultancy.

She consults on the challenges of businesses and individuals from multiple sectors such as Investments Projects for national and EU funding, Business Model, Entrepreneurship, Building teams, Marketing & Sales, Strategic Thinking, Digital Transformation, Sustainable Business Strategy, Innovation Management, Public Speaking and Coaching.

Suzana’s career as an analyst has covered a multitude of industries including ICT, Energy, Fashion, Tourism and other sectors. She has managed teams and projects in UK, Spain, Greece, Brasil and US.

She holds a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering and a Master Degree in Management from University of Aveiro , and a MBA in International Management from the European University of Portugal, and is currently doing a PhD in Economic Analysis and Business Strategy from University of Vigo.
