About Paulo Mirpuri

Paulo Mirpuri was appointed President and CEO for Hi Fly in 2005, leading the airline through its successful growth from a one aircraft operation to become the global leader in widebody aircraft wet leasing in 2018, providing a global network of airline and government customers with efficient “ready to go” transportation solutions. Over the last 30 years, Paulo Mirpuri accumulated a wealth of expertise in the aviation industry, with top management positions in several airlines (AL, NetJets) and support service companies (MESA-aircraft maintenance, LSKY- inflight catering, Target- aircraft trading, SafePort- aircraft and passenger handling, SGAB- Airport Management). In addition to his long business experience, Paulo Mirpuri is a qualified doctor graduated by the Medical School of the Lisbon University (UNL) and an Airbus qualified pilot. He is also the President of the Mirpuri Foundation, a non-profit organization with the aim of creating a better world for future generations, raising awareness and taking action on the most severe issues threatening our planet
